Custom Metal Structures Built to Last
Custom barndominium and metal building construction across Texas and neighboring states. From red iron structural steel frames to full interior finish-out — we handle the entire build from dirt work to move-in.
Every capability below is delivered by Trinity crews on the job site — not subcontracted. That means tighter quality control, cleaner schedules, and one accountable team from start to finish.
Open-concept living spaces built on steel frames with high ceilings, wide spans, and fully customizable floor plans. Combine the durability of a metal building with the comfort and finish of a custom home.
Oversized workshops, hobby garages, and multi-bay storage buildings with steel framing. Add living quarters, office space, or mezzanine levels to maximize the footprint.
Warehouses, agricultural buildings, equipment storage, and commercial facilities using pre-engineered metal building systems. Cost-effective, fast to erect, and built to withstand Texas weather.
Horse barns, riding arenas, hay storage, and ranch buildings designed for functionality and durability. Steel construction resists pests, rot, and fire while providing clear-span interiors.
Six things you get with Trinity that you won't get from a broker who subs the work out and disappears until the next invoice.
Every project follows the same disciplined sequence — so estimates hold, schedules stick, and quality stays consistent from the first site walk to final walkthrough.

A barndominium (or 'barndo') is a steel-framed building — typically built with red iron or light gauge steel — finished out as a residence. They offer open floor plans, high ceilings, and the durability of metal construction at a lower cost per square foot than traditional custom homes.
Costs range from roughly $85 to $160 per square foot depending on the size, finishes, and site conditions. We provide detailed, transparent estimates so you know exactly what to expect before breaking ground.
We handle both. Many clients want the full turnkey experience — from dirt work and foundation through interior finish-out and final inspection. We also offer shell-only builds if you want to finish the interior yourself or with another contractor.
Yes. Beyond barndominiums, we build detached shops, workshops, horse barns, equipment storage buildings, commercial warehouses, and multi-use agricultural structures. If it's metal-framed, we can build it.
Tell us about your project. We'll come out, walk the site, and put together a detailed, transparent estimate — no high-pressure sales, no hidden line items.
